For all warranty, refund, or product inquiries, please contact us at support@wvasports.com. For inquiries regarding previous purchases, please include your email, order/purchase number, and any other relevant information. All emails will be replied to within 2 business days.

Event Tickets:

• For refunds requested more than 7 days prior to an event, a full refund will be issued.

• For refunds requested less than 7 days prior to an event, 75% of the ticket cost will be refunded.

• For refunds requested on the day of the event, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to reduced rates.

• Tickets are non-refundable after the end of a scheduled event.

WVA Items Purchased:

• Proof of purchase is required for all item refunds.

• Items must be returned with original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

• Damaged or used products may be denied a refund or may receive partial credit.

• Items that are damaged or fail prematurely through normal use are eligible for an exchange if the same item is in stock.

Items Sold Through WVA on Consignment:

• All items sold through consignment are final.
